There are 2 different launchers for each version of the game:

Soft launcher:
Kills the basic and unnecessary tasks, sets gta5.exe to high priority and GTAVLauncher.exe to low.

Hardcore launcher:
More aggressive in terms of killing tasks and also forces GTAVLauncher.exe & Windows Explorer to close
(expect more performance but may cause GTA V to random crash)

Differences about Steam & Retail:
The Steam launcher is fully automatic, launches the game as soon you open it.
The Retail launcher will take effect once the game is running (any gta5.exe found).

So for Retail owners (Non-Steam) open the launcher and leave it there miminized and start your gta/ragehook/fivem etc.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO DISABLE "GAME MODE" FEATURE AND XBOX DVR.

Extra:

I also included a new little script aka "Panic Button" which you can create a shortcut for it or just click on it to finish gta.

This may be useful when a lame trycunt (tryhard) comes at you while you are selling your stuff, it will prevent you from losing everything,
or if your game froze you just put it somewhere accessible and you can close it real quick.
